Course Registration Terms and Conditions
- Registration
Applicant shall send the properly filled Course Registration Form to one of the indicated contacts.
Applicant will receive initial registration confirmation within 5 working days accompanied with tuition fees payment instructions. - Final confirmation of course commencement
Student will receive official confirmation that the course registered for will be held at least two weeks before the planned scheduled course commencement date. - Payment
A deposit of 10% of the total course price is to be paid upon registration.
The balance of the total course price will be paid no later than 21 days before the commencement date of the registered course unless instalment payment has been agreed. - Included in the course price
Course price includes instruction, course documentation, hand-outs, modular and final exams. Certificates will be presented to successful candidates on completion of the applicable training course. - Course venue
Malta is the principle venue for class room training however other location as may also be agreed with the registrant. This does not apply for online, instructor-led courses. - Visas and accommodation
It is the applicant responsibility to apply for any entry visas where required and for arranging accommodation during the duration of courses. Alpha One may assist in offering accommodation options through its network but shall not be responsible for accommodation or visas. - Cancellation by the applicant
Cancellations will be accepted by no later than twenty one (21) days before the scheduled course commencement date. In such a case, 90% of the course fees will be returned to the registered course applicant (10% registration fee is considered as non-refundable, unless for reasons beyond applicants control). - Cancellation by Alpha One
Alpha One reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course up to ten (10) days prior the original scheduled start date. In this case the trainee will either be offered alternative course dates or a full refund of any deposits or course fees paid. - Alpha One Data and Intellectual Property Copyright
All course material, presentations, documents and data prepared by Alpha One is the property of Alpha One and may not be copied or contents transferred to third parties or used for purposes other than for the purpose of Alpha One courses and training. Copyright and intellectual property laws shall apply, and offenders are subject to criminal and civil prosecution. - Disclaimer
Alpha One, its affiliates, partners and instructors will not be held responsible for any claims for compensation of any kind or for damages except for claims directly related and limited to the price paid by the applicant for the registered course.
